Top Secret Smoothie Recipes!
Hey! What’s up? It’s me again… you know… the one who shared her slushie recipes in another article? You don’t remember? You’re pulling my leg, aren’t you? Those slushie recipes were ah-mazing if I do say so myself... so of course you remember me!
Well, now that we’ve gotten past the awkward introduction, let me tell you what I have in store for you today!
What better way to say bye-bye to summer than with a smoothie? It’s one of those trendy drinks that are fun to make and drink after the slushie season but before the hot drinks one.
I understand you can buy smoothies from the Smoothie Store but it’s cheaper and much more fun to make the ones that I will show you below.
I am now going to share with you three smoothie recipes. Roll your sleeves up, get your apron on and follow my lead, bud! You sure wouldn’t want to miss these tasty recipes! ---
You will need the following for each smoothie recipe:
- 2 cups of Kau Kau Farm Milk
- 1/2 a cup of Melted Ice Cubes
- Green Kacheek Blender
Extra ingredients will be mentioned for each recipe below.---
Mega Honeyplume Smoothie
- 1 Honeyplume
- or 2 cups of Honeyplume peel and 1 cup of Honeyplume flesh
Let’s start off the fun with this gorgeous and colourful drink. The Honeyplume fruit is a really affordable tropical food and you only need one for this recipe! I would first like you to visit the Tropical Food Shop and buy yourself one. It’s the main ingredient after all! Without this fruit, you’d just have Kau Kau Farm Milk and Melted Ice Cubes … borrrring!
Once you’re back from your little trip, wash the fruit and peel it. Dice the peel with a knife and fill two cups with it. Use another cup to separate the Honeyplume’s flesh. They should come apart easily!
Add the peel of the Honeyplume into the blender along with 2 cups of Kau Kau Farm Milk and half a cup of Melted Ice Cubes.
Blend the contents until it becomes a consistency that you would like your smoothie to be. The smoother, the better!
Guess what? The fun is not over yet! Add the flesh of the Honeyplume into the blender and mix lightly with a spoon. You do not want to blend it again as this will add the texture that you can see in the image above!
Finally, pour the delicious smoothie into the glass and get sipping! Your hard work is done… you might as well enjoy it, right? Right.
Like the description says, the flavor combination is fascinating and you will desire for more because it is that yummy. ---
Frozen Faerie Ixi Coconut Smoothie
- 1 Coconut
- 1 Faerie Ixi Fruit Fizz
- 1 Faerie Ixi Morphing Potion (optional)
- Flame shaped mold
Oooh, don’t let the long list of extra ingredients put you off from creating this incredible frozen treat. Trust me, it’s worth it!
Firstly, I would like you to buy the ingredients listed above. Ready? You may now proceed to the recipe!
Break the coconut in half and flesh out the inside. Pour the coconut water into a cup and dice the inside and place into another cup. Save the coconut shells and place them to the side. You will need these towards the end of this recipe!
Add the coconut pieces and water into a blender. Pour the Faerie Ixi Fruit Fizz into it as well. This is where most of the famous smoothie’s flavour comes from… as well as the luscious purple colours! Now add the 2 cups of Kau Kau Farm Milk and half a cup of Melted Ice Cubes into the blender and blend! Make sure the consistency is to your liking!
Now this is where the coconut shell comes into place. Fill the shell with the smoothie and store it somewhere that is cool.
Pour the rest of the contents into a flamed shaped mold and let it freeze for a couple of hours.
Once it’s ready, place it on top of the coconut shell and remove the mold. Your Frozen Faerie Ixi Coconut Smoothie is now ready!
If you’re superficial like me, you probably want to go all our, right? Cut the wings from a Faerie Ixi Morphing Potion and stick them onto the coconut cup.
NOW, you’re done! Enjoy this treat. For once I will have to disagree with its description. You might want to eat this? More like you will want to eat this. It tastes so good! ---
Jelly Doughnut Smoothie
- 1 Doughnutfruit
- 1 cup of ice cream (any flavor of your choice!)
- 1 cup of jelly (again, any flavor you want!)
I will end my article with a fairly easy recipe to follow but don’t worry, it will be equally as delicious.
Remember how I asked (okay, told) you to visit the Tropical Food Shop earlier? Well, I’d like you to go back again. This is where you can buy the Doughnutfruit. It is a delicious fruit that tastes like… doughnuts! What’s not to love about this healthy fruit? It’s sweet and healthy!
I’m already going to guess that you have jelly and ice cream in your freezer… if not… well, you better go back out and get some! They are vital ingredients for this recipe!
Firstly, wash the Doughnutfruit and cut a slice out of it (just like it’s shown in the image above). Cut this slice into tiny pieces and pop them into a blender.
Add 1 cup of ice cream and 1 cup of jelly into the blender. Add the Kau Kau Farm Milk and Melted Ice Cubes into the blender. Blend these ingedients together until the mixture becomes smooth. This smoothie should come out thicker than the last two recipes that I shared with you above.
Avoid mixing the contents too much if you want the swirly pattern. This gives it more of an edgy appearance.
Pour the smoothie into a glass. Add the Doughnutfruit (that you saved earlier) onto the edge of the glass. This will act like a lemon wedge!
Your smoothie is now ready to be consumed! What a delicious and frosty treat! ---
Thank you for reading my article once again. I really appreciate it! I hope that you will enjoy making these wonderfully delicious conconctions. I can’t wait to make one of these again before the cold weather approaches! It’s definitely a great gateway between slushies and hot drinks!
Cheers to a great Summer! *clinks glass*
