Welcome guest to my humble home. My name is Adawyn the Ixi and I come from a merry little land called Meridell. My owner, hellosupdude, well, let's just say that we found eachother there. I was lying down on a nice spot of grass one sunny morning, eating some boiled marrow that I had gotten from Meriacres Farm when I heard some footsteps approaching. Running behind a gooseberry bush, I hid, waiting while the footsteps grew closer, and closer, and closer. Then I saw a human walking along the path, whistling to herself as she went, a small pack slung over her right shoulder. I decided to play a little practical joke on this human, since she seemed an easy target. As she passed, I threw the remaining boiled marrow I had left. I hit her square in the back of the head. Well, what she did next surprised me, that girl turned right around and walked over to the gooseberry bush where I was hiding. But she looked extremely surprised when she saw that I was an Ixi. "Hey, you look like that Sensi that I met earlier today." hellosupdude said. "Well that is a compliment I might say, but yes, me and Sensi are of the same species, and sorry for throwing the marrow at you." I smiled a little, hoping that she could take a joke. "That's ok, bad use for a good peice of marrow though." hellosupdude replied. "Excuse me for being rude, my name's Adawyn what's yours?" And you know what? She smiled back and said, "I'm hellosupdude." So now I travel with her, we have lots of fun playing practical jokes on unsuspecting Unis! Bet you're wondering what a Marrow is eh?!!? Well its a fine vegetable that is found pretty much everywhere in Meridell. Its big and green with different coloured stripes running along it. Inside the centre is soft and pithy with lots of small seeds in the middle. It may sound rather gross, but you simply can't beat a chunk of soft boiled Marrow and gravy!

So, what is an Ixi like then? Well as you may have guessed Ixi's are extremely smart and creative. You only need to take a look at what Sinsi created in her spare time to see how intelligent we are :). But me, I love a good slushie just like the next pet, I also love being groomed(Shh, this is our little secret), also I like the occasional fight in the Battledome! But most of all, I like exploring Merridel and other parts of Neopia with my best friend, hellosupdude. My owner hellosupdude, says I am a little menance, whatever that means. Hmpf, I think I am a very well-behaved little Ixi, I mean its not my fault if a few silly Neopets can't take a joke. I thought it was hilarious to have a Jelly war, but apparently Uni's dislike it when their manes get tangled with Gooseberry Jelly :) Well I guess I had better get going, I can hear hellosupdude calling for me.
