About Lesi

My name is Lesi, (pronounced: lee-see) and I am a 16-year-old lunatic. Not llegaly mind you, but enough to drive you mad with crazyness! I live in Florida, USA, and have a love for drawing and playing on the computer. I am majoring in computer animation and hope to do some of those Flash comics for the NT. I have a bird by the name of Mr. Chicken and a dog by the name of Buddy. I would take some pictures of him but he has a paranoia of cameras. :P

About Mr. Chicken
(the helping force behind the insanity)
Mr. Chicken was named for his rather large crown, (the yellow feathers on top of his head) and his annoying yet adorable chirps. He is a 3-year-old cockiteil and loves to chew on anything shiny. That includes the flashing lights on the computer and various bodyparts, ie: fingernails, toenails, and teeth.
Mr. Chicken would also like to say a few words-
SQUAWK! Squaawwwk...CHIRP! CHIRP!" *poop* "Squawksquawk." *poop*

How to Make a Screenshot
The button to make a screenie is right next to the F12 button labeled "Print Screen" or "Prt Scr". Open up a paint program like Microsoft Paint or Photoshop, click Edit in the top left corner of the screen and click "Paste". Make any edits to it that are needed, i.e. blocking out names, removing offensive words, cropping(cutting off some of the picture to make it smaller), etc. You should save it as something that represents the screenie because it can get confusing over time. I know this from experience. =P
Choosing a Hosting Site
Now that you have saved your screenie to your computer and made all the necessary improvements, you need to upload them to a hosting site. There are many hosting sites but I'm not here to give you some long list of crappy sites that do nothing for you. I bet there are few good ones out there but the one I use is Photobucket.com. It's free and simple. Guaranteed not to make your brain explode…or not.

This section is based on Photobucket as this is the hosting site I use. You need to sign up and should preferably make a folder named Screenies. Near the top of the screen, you will see a wide box with a button called "Browse" next to it. Click on Browse and you will see your computer files. Find the screenie you want to upload and click OK. Then click on the button named "Submit" right underneath. You now have your screenie uploaded.
Uploading on Neopets
To upload your screenies on Neopets, you need a free petpage available. Go to Pet Central and click on Pet's Page(the blue Lupe head). Click on Edit under whichever pet you want to use as a host for the screenies. You will come to a page with a VERY large box filled with stuff. This is were you edit your petpage with horrible, confusing codes that make it look all pretty. If you have already done your petpage and have a place set aside for your screenies, great! If not, great! Open up another window to Photobucket and find your screenies. Under the pictures you will see three boxes: URL, TAG, and IMG. Copy the TAG and paste it where ever you want on your petpage and click "Make Changes" and WAMO! You now have the privilege of making other people laugh(or fall asleep) with your screenies. =)
