1. Be willing to invest time in the guild; by posting, helping with guild shops, games, or recruitment of new members, planning and managing the guild etc... Whether it's with lending items, or neoHTML help, or just being there for each other. We need to be conscious of what is going on with the guild members. That is how we can stay close as we grow and give support and help to guildies when needed.
   
2. Council & Sub-Council members need to be active, posting and getting to know guildies or if they can't then they should let someone less busy and willing to help take over.
3. Main Council must have at least 50 posts per month. Sub Council, at least 30 posts per month. If you have time to log in & do your dailies, you should be able to pop on and say hi to guildies and maybe even chat a little.
4. We need to have weekly or monthly meetings where at least 60% of the council and sub councils can attend. If you are not able to attend, you must have a good reason, 3 times non attendances without valid reasons means auto step down. Councils and Sub who can't attend need to get a copy of what has been discussed during meetings.
5. If for any reason, you are going to be away for a period of time, whether on holiday or some Real Life issue, please inform Council of approximately how long you will be away if possible.
6. It is the Council and Sub Council's responsibilities to keep the guild running smoothly. Each will be given their own tasks to do and to keep updated. If you feel that you can't handle the tasks, please step down so your position can be opened to someone who likes to help and deserves the position.
7. Any and all changes in Council and Sub Council position will be discuss on and voted on.
8. Any misuse of Powers will be automatic suspension
   

Policies and Procedures
(All Members)

New Policies will be added as the need arises.
Notice will be given.

1. If you leave the guild you must start over as a Java and complete all the requirements of each rank. (Exceptions will be made if accounts are accidentally deleted during a guild sweep. Please don't expect sympathy if you give your access word to another user and your account gets frozen.)
   

2. All guild purchases will be voted on by main council before they are made.
   

3. If any member is going to be inactive for a long period of time (vacation, grounded, etc.) please, Neomail Cozy and your name will be added to the "On Holiday" list.
   

4. Inactive accounts will be deleted from the member list if Status on user lookup is 'Last seen 30 days ago' or longer.

5. To be eligible to borrow avie items you must contribute at least 1% of the item cost. Collateral will be required when borrowing items. Special arrangements will be made on an individual basis, to ensure ALL members have the opportunity to borrow avie items.

6. All Challenges must be submitted to Cozy or Annie. Once challenge is received a date will be given for the Challenge to start and will be posted in Guild Calendar. If a Challenge is not post in Guild Calendar it will not run and credit will not be given. (revised 08-01-06)
