Chomby World

The Chomby was found in the land of Tyrannia, a prehistoric kingdom miles beneath the surface of Neopia. It is a shy plant eater, and is happiest when munching on leaves and grasses.


A round(ish) lumpy ball of yellow color and green spots rolls around towards you, unsure what is it you take a step aside - just to be safe - suddenly the lump stops to roll and for a few seconds it isn't doing anything... Then it opens up into a... In a lack of any other word... Yellow lump with green spots. On second look you recognize a Baby Chomby lying on the ground. Looking quite exhuasted - a few seconds later a purple butterfly is reaching him, sircling his head few times until the Chomby seems to get quite bugged - and he starts to run after the butterfly again, as fast as he can.

About to walk away from the weird scene, you notice a little faerie sitting on a near by flower and helplessly looking at the Butterfly Chaser... Oh, hello there! She waves at you, smiling politely and inviting you beside her Dont mind him, he's always like this. she sighed Every day is the same old story - Butterfly nags Chomby - Chomby loses grip - Chomby chases Butterfly until its time to take a bath - Chomby mysteriesly disappears. You look at her, confused more than ever How silly of me, I forgot to tell you my name! she giggled I'm faeriegurl4lyfe, but you can call me FG for short now she looked at the baby Chomby in the far distance And thats Hyrunaei - Ru for short. Who are you? You take out a small sound that sounds something like guest, and keep staring at the yellow lump called Ru and the Butterfly - flying a few feets above him.

Nice to meet you guest... Welcome to (in the lack of any other better name) Hyrunaei's Lair - Hold on i'll get Hyrunaei for you! She disappeared in a puff of orange smoke and a few seconds after appeared above Ru's head - risking him choping her wings by mistake thinking she was the Butterfly - too far away to hear what they're talking about but it seems like Ru is more concentrated on the Butterfly than the actual conversation. After a few more minutes FG pops up beside you, Wait for him here, he should come soon enough - I have to go now... Before being able to reply, FG puffed out of sight again - revealing the lump standing behind where she used to be. Hello. he said, trying to ignore the Butterfly whizzing past his head back and fourth. Butterfly

How did it all start? Ru shruged, trying to think back I'm actually not quite sure... Guess it was originaly on the day when I became a Chomby (used to be a Green Uni until mom pushed me over a Magical Plushie - any other version of it would be a complete and utter lie). The Butterfly now sat on his head, flipping his wings in something that almost looked as delight - as if he was enjoying himself It was around the same time when we visited the Rainbow Pool that I noticed a Purple Butterfly started following me around, a day passed... Then 2, and 3... And he just refused to go away - Finaly FG gave up and I was left to survive... It. Being very patient to not smack the Butterfly (Knowing he would only fly in the last second and leaving Ru with a great deal of pain) he continued We tried everything, but neither the Pharmacy nor the Hospital knew anything about any cases of that sort. The Butterfly flew over his head and started circling it again And there is no Butterfly-exterminator found in the all of Neopia so...


Family

[Magistyk] Well she isnt really what can you call a Faerie Shoyru by looks - since FG decided to zap her back when she was a Christmas Cybunny - but on acts, thats a completely different thing - it seems like the lab has damaged her brain quite badly and she keeps babbling on some sort of Lollypop Kingdome that doesnt exists (or Jelly Land as some might refer to). Claiming she is a Princess of much power and welth there - that is exactly why you should think twice before taking your pets to the lab, its a very risky process! Not to mention she keeps stealing my trophies for her own pleasure while drinking yet another bottle of Delecious Faerie Bubbles. We just hope that one day Mags would change into a Faerie Shoyru and this all lab madness would end.

[Kaylashii] Pfft stupid Boochie. What makes him think Baby Rukis look anywhere as cute as Baby Chombies? Now poor Kayla would have to suffer living in my shadows. But oh well... We all must suffer for the greater good. And anyway once my mom would be ready Kayla will turn into a Royal Draik so I have nothing to worry about. Nope, not at all... Nada. Zip. Ziltch.

[Serrator] Slorgs may be happy little fellows, but they leave massive slime trails wherever they go - which makes it harder for Serra to tag along whenever chasing Purple Butterflies is involved - but other than that having fun is its second name. There is one little thing thats a bit odd about him though... At certain times he is quite sure he's a Snowbunny... I know, I know - but what can I do?

[Faeriegurl4lyfe] O.k so FG isnt the Soup Faerie (and not any where close to it, to) but the picture looked good with the Lair's style so don't be mistaken;) FG is a walking Fungus Girl of doom (which is what the FG stands for by the way) He said, shifting his eyes Any how back to the FG - in her spare time she enjoies making a mess, yelling at her computer & writing or drawing. He stopped for a second, spotted the Butterfly again (now sitting on a near by flower) and continued Not that she is very good at it but thats a completely different story.


Friends

[Dream] Dream is one of my oldest friends, she always tries to help me out to catch the Butterfly - and sometimes we come close to it, too! On top of it all - our birthdays are one day apart (33 hours to be exact!), now ain't that snazzy? His eyes start to focous on the Butterfly for a second, and then he turns back to you Where was I? Oh yeah, Dream! Well when she was first born she had a dream : to become a Baby Cybunny. Her owner worked really hard to help her out and finaly she painted her after a few months of searching for a cheap paint brush, it was a really exciting moment He giggled.

[Shoy] Shoy and I been friends for a while now, we talk a lot about all sorts of things, and we both have weird brothers/sisters so we get along pretty good!! plus we both don't like anything to do with fried jellies, so if something smells funny and your NeoHome is on fire - don't blame it on us!! shifting his eyes he tried to ignore the fact that when Magistyk is going to read this, his page would probably be flooded with F/B (no, not Fungus Balls, Faerie Bubbles) But, anyways...

[Cojo] Cojo is a cool Baby Scorchio I met a while ago, we usually play hide and seek so if you see him around don't tell him I'm here *winks* He's pretty cool though and loves to drag me along on his adventures, fighting dragons and flying about (although I don't have any wings but thats beside the point) *waddles off to hide somewhere before Cojo comes along*

At this point it seemed as if though he couldn't take it any more, his eyes were focused on the Butterfly, and finaly he leaped at him - which was quite a pain considering the fact that he managed to move aside and let Ru fall on you Stupid Butterflies!! He shruged, and immdiatly started to ran in the direction of the Butterfly, mumbling a quick Sorry! as he goes... About to walk away a sudden puff jumps you off and as you look back, you notice FG with a green sponge searching for Ru Figures... He wandered off into the distance Its bath time... She puffed again, her voice still left in the air Good bye...
