I whimpered loudly when I heard Suenga whimper too. He was lying right next to me. Just then my eyes opened slowly. I couldnt open my left eye though, it hurt too much. I looked at Suenga and he was looking at me with little blue eyes. I looked at him for a long time, thinking. 'Where am I? Where is my family?' I closed my eyes and waited for the pain to take over me. But all I did was fall asleep. I woke up the next morning and opened my right eye and saw Suenga sleeping next to me. We were not where we were last night, we were in a cozy den. I jumped up, "Mother! Father!" But it was not my parents. There was a kind young wolf standing there instead. She had fluffy silver wings curled on her back, red and blue fire tipped ears just like her front and back legs and tail. I put my paw on my left eye and winced with the great pain. The young wolf walked over to me. She put her paw on my eye. She said a few words in a different language and took her paw off my eye. I put my paw against it and it was healed! "Your safe now. You can stay with me." said the sweet voice that soundled like it was coming from an angel. "Who...who are you?" I asked. The young wolf bowed slightly and put her paw over her chest and said, "Please exuse my rudeness. I should of told you long before. I am Windfeathr, spirit of the wind." She stood up and came over to me. "I can guide you to learn the way of the wind." I didnt know what that ment. Windfeathr saw the questioning look on my face and said, "It means, that I can guide you to live a healthy and pieceful life." I looked around. "Where am I?" Windfeathr stepped outside into the cold wind enjoying the breeze. "You mean this land?" She pointed all around. "This is Tarnag. A pieceful area where wolves roam freely everywhere." From now on I've stayed with Windfeathr in her cozy den. The miracle from Windfeathr on my eye didnt completly heal the wound, but at least she saved me from becoming blind in my left eye. Now all that is left is a scar from a miracle.
