Welcome to my Arty webpage guest!
My name is Sephy, and my 'owner' is Webby. This is my Arty page that will show you some of Webby's makeables, adoptables, and buttons. Its in the making at the moment so please bear with me! Before you go any further, please read the rules.
Hmmm, I think i'll go read up some more on how to make Web pages pretty....Did I mention I love reading? Find out for about me later on.

Webby's Art Rules
- No stealing!
Webby works hard to create the adoptables below, and it's just plain nasty to steal. Don't do it, or you will be quickly put on my Wall of Shame. Meaning no taking her signature off any of her art, including makeables. It would be nice if you gave credit for the Buttons she makes, but you don't have to.
- No editing Adoptables.
Please do not edit any of Webby's adotables, as she is happy to customize them for you. Also, changing the adoptables slightly and then saying they are your own is not allowed either. You are welcome to change makeables, as long as you give Webby credit by keeping the signature on.
- Enjoy!
Although there are a few rules, you are welcome to enjoy Webby's buttons, makeables and adoptables! You are welcome to neomail Webby requesting custom Adoptables, giving comments/critiscm, or ask her to put your Arty Page on her list at the side.

Makeables-
These are the outlines of Neopets which you can copy and paste on to an image editing program,
(e.g MS Paint) and colour and customise as much as you want. I will get round to doing more eventually, when I get bored.

Layouts -
Webby can make layouts for lookups, pet pages, guilds etc, but she's not very good at coding so unless it's simple, don't ask. I'll get some more layouts up here soon, but for now, if you've got a request, just message Webby.

Buttons-
Please fill in the form below if you'd like a button (neopets related buttons)
Writing-(please make this very short, preferably just 1 or 2 words. Can be a username)
Image- (Give me the link to the image you would like on your button. TCG cards are good!)
Shape- (Square or Rectangular.)
Once the button has been made, Webby will neomail you. To use the button use the code below. Where it says 'NAME' replace that word with your username, and where it says 'LINK', replace that word with the link of the page you want to button to lead to.
