Kratos the Guardian.

Stars pierce the sky that you're walking under, as you make your way across a quiet field. There are few trees here, and the path you walk on seems unkept. You know town's not too far away, but you feel a little worried...
You pause for a moment, spotting something blue from the corner of your eye.
Turning your head, you see a canine figure lying on a large, flat rock. His front legs are crossed, and his head is resting on his wrists. The thorns on his ears and tail look as if they would be uncomfortable, and his pelt allows him to blend in with the night. Odd Blue wings are what catch your eyes, sparkling despite the limited light offered, and giving off their own glow.
An odd pet sits next to him, facing away from you. It's rather large, it's body a mess of white and greens. Next to it lies a blade, red and stained.
The gelert is sleeping lightly, and you decide to leave him in peace...
