Chapter One: Childhood:
I don't remember anything about my parents, my family, or anything that early in my past. In fact, my earliest memory is waking up at around two months old in a cardboard box. My first year of life was just trying to get by. I was told the money tree was the best place to get free food, but it was nearly impossible to get things there. Humans would crowd around it all day, trying to grab as many items as they can. When you're two feet tall, it's impossible to get through the crowd to get something.

But one day when I was around five months, that all changed. I was sitting near the Rainbow Pool, waiting for the crowd to thin so I might get something. As people pushed past others to get some kind of rare item, I saw a large Starry Yurble sneak out of the crowd. He was older, probably around 15 years in age, and was holding three large omelettes with him. I watched as he walked over to me and handed me one of the omelettes and walked off. I got up and followed him, thinking he made a mistake. As I caught up with him, I began to shout "Sir! Sir!" and stopped as he turned around.

Sir, I think you gave this to me by mistake." I said, holding out the mistake.

Oh no, that's completely for you." He said, smiling, "No pet should go hungry for someone else's greed.

Since I was still just a kid, it took me days to actually figure out what he said. Or maybe it was just because I was blinded with the first decent meal I had in months. After that first meeting, we met several more times and eventually lived together. He took on the role of my parents when he found I had none. He taught me everything I needed to know about living on the streets.
