Well, I suppose you want to hear my history. Thinking about my past bores me somewhat, so I'll just assume it will bore you as well and make this short. I was born a happy foal, though my build was a bit odd. I had more muscle than most of the newborns my age, and especially for a filly. My mother loved me very much, my father I had never met and didn't care too. I only needed one parent to raise me. I minded my manners and kept quiet most of the time. Friends weren't really a big importance, nor crushes or any of those mindless ramblings. My life was normal and happy, but, as I'm sure you well know, normal doesn't stay that way for long. A strange new creature came to our land. I would come to know them as humans. And with them, came destruction and death.
I was three when they came. Big enough to take down a big cat, to fend for myself. But I was not strong enough to escape them. Our herd was scattered. I never saw my mother again, after the first fire. They captured the horses that they could, throwing ropes around their necks and using the steeds they already possessed to bring them down or wear them out. I did not go without giving them hell first. They shouted to each other, in a language I could not understand. The first rope they threw over my head did not do it's job. Instead of pulling against it and the horse it lead to, I charged at it, rearing and striking out with my hooves. I hit the horse's chest first, then I struck it's rider. It fell, and so did the rope. I turned tail and bolted. As soon as I thought I would outrun them, a huge black horse blocked my path. He reared, forcing me to stop lest I wanted to feel the power of his hooves digging into my neck and head. The monster's rider threw something different from the rope the first had used. This restraint was cold and heavy. It felt stronger than the cloth rope. I threw my head to the side, trying to fling the rider from his seat upon the great horse. But he had fastened the strange rope to the contraption attached to his steed. I could not get it off. All the way to the humans post, I bucked and reared and screamed my curses at them, but I was captured.
They locked me in wooden cell. I kicked the sides of my prison until my legs burned and went numb, the only effect was small splinters of wood flying. The humans did nothing until I had worn myself out. One came into the wooden box and put something made of a tough cloth around my head. He pulled on it, trying to get me to come out of the box. I wouldn't budge. He dropped the rope attached to the cloth straps. A few moments later he come back leading another horse. Curse these traitors, I thought, pinning my ears back as the human tied the rope around the other horse's neck. It's strength was to much for me to fight in this condition, I stood shakily and followed the human and horse into an even smaller box, but this one was made of cold heavy pipes. Most of my energy gone, I was too tired to care about the opening of the box slamming behind me. Another human now came toward me with a long black stick, attached at the end was a strange shape, glowing red with heat. My head hung low. I paid the human no mind, until he touched the end of the stick to my hindquarters. It felt like twenty hornets stinging at the same time. I jumped, forelegs flailing, hitting agaist the strong pipes and causing more pain. I tried striking sideways, but the bars held me in place. Curse you all!" I screamed, throwing my head back. The human went around to my other side, the stick heated once more. Snapping my teeth, I hoped to catch him and tear a chunk of his flesh off. He slid the stick through the bars and touched it to my other side. The first burn wasn't hurting as bad now, but the new one made it worse. I stopped kicking and bucking though, just stood and grimaced until the burns were only throbbing.
The Show
The burns I got that day are the symbols I have on either side of my hindquarters. Soon after, I learned what they were for. Fighting with these idiotic creatures was a waste of time for now, I had decided. My plan was to wait for an opportunity to escape. When they finally led me outside again, I got to see something so strange, I remember it very clearly to this day. A giant, striped circular tent made of red and white cloth. Such strange smells and sounds came from it, but I had no time to analyze them. The humans placed heavy coverings over my head and back. Spikes stuck out from both. Walking with them was no problem, my muscles had more than enough power to left them, but it felt so odd. A stupidly dressed human came out of the tent. His face had different colors of paint all over it, and the clothes were no different. He also carried a long shiny tipped stick. Taking the straps attached to the heavy armor on my head, he jumped onto my back. My first instinct was to throw him off, but I though twice about it. Using the straps, he directed me into the tent. Huge crowds of other humans lined the outskirts of the tent. I wanted to charge into them, trampling any poor soul that got in my way, but kept going until I reached the center of the dirt ring. Loud, buzzing sounds emitted from the top of the tent, announcing something I couldn't understand. Another horse soon entered the ring, also wearing the heavy coverings. Our riders led us to opposite sides of the circle. The humans began to roar, my ears going back because of the noise. Then, the moronic human slapped my rump with another, harder strap, making me bolt forward. The other horse did the same. Holding the long sticks out in front of themselves, the humans began yelling and laughing. They were going to hit each other! I didn't care about the other man, I was worried the horse he was riding would get stabbed with the horrid spear. Taking the metal bar that had been placed in my mouth between my teeth, I snatched the cloth straps from the human, and put my head down low as I veered away from the other steed. Immeadiately, I began to buck and kick, until I saw the stupid human go flying, a smile crossing my lips. Limbs flying madly, I made for the exit before any of the humans could catch me again. A few gathered at the opening, blocking the way. How dense can they be?" I said as I picked out a rather chubby one and charged into him, enjoying the nice 'thud' I heard as he hit the ground. Freedom. They would not catch me now, no chance! As I cleared the grounds around the tent, I began seeing the same symbol the retched human had burned on me often. Reaching the sheltered woods, I took a moment to look back. The place I had fled from looked so ominous now. I understood what the symbol ment. They had put it on me to show ownership, to let everyone know I belonged to them. I belong to no one. I said to myself, defiance and hatred in my voice. I never will. And with that, I traveled into the forest, trotting at a quick pace until I was sure the humans dwelling was far, far away.

I would have liked to free some of the other horses and animals there, but doing so would have landed me locked in another box. Still, I hoped they would be okay. When my spirits were at their lowest, I met Raze. Fate was kind to both of us that day. He became my brother. We stayed together for a couple of days, then he came upon the city, and chose to live there. I was sad, be we still see each other often. Then he brought Seikyia to me one day. She was determined not to leave him be, but we finally convinced her it would be okay to let him wander away. The world wouldn't come to an end. She too, chose to live in the city, but, like Raze, Seikyia also explores into the woods when she gets the urge. They are my family now. I have someone to protect. My life is coming back together once more.

[My Family & Friends]
Raze
He can be somewhat cold and intimidating, but I've gotten used to him. We met when I escaped the dreadful show of horror humans call a 'circus', and we've become like real siblings now. He comes to the forest evey once in a while to visit. Raze can more than take care of himself, he's quite vicious when he wants to be.
Seikyia
My younger wolven sister, she calls me 'Kay Kay' which I find terribly babyish, but it's what she's dubbed me, so I suppose there's nothing I can do. Sei ran away form home when she was a pup, and Raze rescued her one day. He brought her to me, and I introduced myself. She lives in the city most of the time, like Raze. Such a strange little creature, she likes to chat with other animals.
Sienna
A roan warrior mare I met when she wandered into the forest and I mistook her for a predator. *ahem* I wanted to see her herd, and Sei tagged along. She and I made new friends when we met the others. Sienna had a pup named Zorro living with her herd, and Sei immeadiatly started playing with him. There was also another wolf with large wings we had a run in with, though I've forgiven him for what happened.
