Okay, as far as this goes, it's pretty strait forward. Below are the rules, and below that are the dopties. So far, all that's available is customs and trades, no standard colours. :/ sorry. Maybe in the future. Here are the rules, and contact information is under that. Always change * to . in the urls you see below
1: Don't
claim these as yours. Obviously. Give me credit and link back to this page.
2: Don't nag me. I'll get most done fairly quickly, but if you nag, I
won't do it alltogether.
3: Don't use these in the B/C or in any other contest. THAT INCLUDES
APPLICATIONS FOR ADOPTIONS. I will only make these for pets you own now,
don't cheat and use my art on an application!
4: If I say things are closed, they're closed.
5: This isn't so much a rule as a guideline; I'd appreciate if the
customs didn't involve modifications to the lineart, which means I prefer custom
requests that are just colour or minor modifications. :/ I'm sorry, but I don't
often have a tablet at hand, and modifying the lineart just looks bad. Small
modifications are usually okay.
6: Do not modify. Exception: turning these from a png to a gif, because
PNG's do take up a lot of space, and I only offer these as PNGS. I am not
responsible for loss of image quality, however.
7: Host these on your own server. I will delete them after awhile.
Photobucket*com is a good one, and it's free.
8: I reserve the right to turn down
9: Note- templates NOT recommended for dark backgrounds; it eats the
lines.
I'm not on neopets all that much, anymore, so it's not
guaranteed that neomailing me will have any affect. However, even if I am on one
of my avoiding neopets streaks, I still do customs, and you can contact me any
one of three ways-- Through email, messengers, or deviantart. I actually prefer to be emailed, since neomail clogs my inbox

I am always more than happy to accept trades, and
will go for two things:
-First, a custom adoptable or image of one of my pets. This is a given.
But I'm even more fond of the following:
-an image of a random dragon I can use for breeding. I'm a member of this small
group of roleplayers/artists, who exchange images of dragons, roleplay/write
stories about those dragons as characters, and breed them together to create
offspring. Thus, I'm always looking for more dragons with interesting
appearances and genetics. If you draw me a good dragon, one that's interesting,
I'd be glad to toss you anywhere from 2-5 adoptables of your pets (since a
dragon would be harder to do than just fill in a template you already have, and
thus would require more effort, which would be unmatched from one simple custom.
Therefore, you get 2-5, so it's not an unequal trade.)
Note- please don't be insulted if I turn you down on a trade; sometimes I'm very
busy with school and whatnot. I'm always glad to accept offers, however, and
sending me an offer is worth a chance.
