How to Borrow

Please read carefully, this can get confusing. I've tried to lay this out as easily as possible.

Step One: Neomail Sun_claw. Let me know what avatar item you wish to borrow.

Step Two: I will put the item(s) in trade and neomail you the lot number along with guidelines.

Step Three: Bid on the lot.

Step Four: I will accept your trade.

Step Five: Use the avatar items and get the avatar!

Step Six: Put the items back in trades and neomail Sun_claw with the lot number.

Step Seven: I will bid your deposit amount on the lot.

Rules for Borrowing

• Common senseâ�¦ you steal the avatar, you don't get your deposit back, you are kicked out of the guild, and I'll post bad things about you on every Neopets message board :-D

• You break it, you buy it. If the Pant Devil steals the item; if a Neopet glitch takes the item; you are responsible for replacing it. You will be given a time frame to do so. After which your deposit will be returned.

• The avatar item MUST be returned within two days from the day you borrow.

• Do not mail and request the same avatar twice. If I have not responded, either I am busy and haven't got to the mail yet, or the item is already being lent out.

• Only one avatar item request per neomail.

• Please make the subject of your neomail the item you want to borrow.

• If you do not return the item(s) you borrow for an avatar within one week, your rank will be demoted. If you keep the avatar for more than 3 weeks, you will be banned from the guild and reported to Neopets.

• If you know you are going on vacation or have a busy week ahead, DO NOT REQUEST THE ITEM. We have limited numbers of items to lend out. It is not fair to the rest of the guild or other Neopets users for someone to have an item that I only have one of for over a month.

• If you have neomails blocked, either unblock them while you have the avatar item or don't request. I need to be able to send you the lot number of the trade and contact you if needed.

Avatar Items Available

Kau - Fortune Teller

Have an item in your inventory that contains the word 'crystal ball' and then view a pet lookup of a Pink Kau here

If Nithhgor or above 4,000 nps

Must pay 6,600 nps deposit to borrow. The deposit will be returned when the item is returned.

Nabile

Have ANY type of ring (I used a Toy Spider Ring) in your item inventory and then go to the Neopedia article about Nabile

If Nithhgor or above free.

Must pay 100 nps deposit to borrow. The deposit will be returned when the item is returned.

Tomos

Have something with the word 'scarab' in your inventory, have only 1np on hand and then go to the 2nd page of How to Draw Tomos

Must pay 100 nps deposit to borrow. The deposit will be returned when the item is returned.

Robo Eyrie

Get one of the 'Robo' furniture items and put it in your Neohome

If Nithhgor or above 38,000 nps

Must pay 43,000 nps deposit to borrow. The deposit will be returned when the item is returned

Evil Fuzzle - BOO!

Have your Neopet play with a Blue Evil Fuzzle and you will get this avatar.

If Nithhgor or above 1,500 nps deposit

Must pay a 2,000 nps deposit to borrow. The deposit will be returned when item is returned.

Mad About Orange

Have 8 orange related items in your inventory and refresh to get this avatar.

If Nithhgor or above 1,300 nps deposit

Must pay a 2,000 nps deposit to borrow. The deposit will be returned when the items are returned.

I'm Smelly

Have 10 dung related items in your inventory and refresh.

If Nithhgor or above 4,000 nps deposit

Must pay a 5,300 nps deposit to borrow. The deposit will be returned when item is returned.

Codestones!

Have 10 Codestones in your inventory and refresh.

If Nithhgor or above 60,000 nps deposit.

Must pay a 76,500 nps deposit to borrow. The deposit will be returned when item is returned.

Fire Paw

Add the Fire Paw collectable card in your Neodeck.

If Nithhgor or above 2,000 nps deposit.

Must pay a 3,000 nps deposit to borrow. The deposit will be returned when item is returned..

Drackonack - Hungry

Have a Drackonack Petpet and a Cheese related item in your inventory and refresh until it eats it.

If Nithhgor or above 5,000 nps deposit.

Must pay a 7,000 nps deposit to borrow. The deposit will be returned when items are returned. Cheese not included.

Kasuki Lu - Heeyah!

Fight Kasuki Lu in the Battledome and click the "Next" button when you defeat him.

(To get Kasuki Lu as a challenger, purchase a Kasuki Lu trading card and click on it in your inventory)

If Nithhgor or above 2,000 nps deposit.

Must pay 3,000 nps deposit to borrow. The deposit will be returned when item is returned.

Angelpuss

If your Active Neopet has a Angelpuss as its petpet refresh at the Quick Ref page.

If Nithhgor or above 3,000 nps deposit.

Must pay a 4,500 nps deposit to borrow. The deposit will be returned when item is returned.

Gallery of Evil - Vira

Have a mirror in your inventory, then visit Vira in the Gallery of Evil

If Nithhgor or above free.

Must pay a 150 nps deposit to borrow. The deposit will be returned when item is returned.

Kiko Ninja

Have a Niten Hiroru in your inventory, then visit Niten Hiroru Neopedia Article

If Nithhgor or above 6,500 nps deposit.

Must pay a 10,000 nps deposit to borrow. The deposit will be returned when item is returned.

Gnome!

Have a gnome (of any type) in your inventory, then visit the Neopian Garden Centre

If Nithhgor or above 500 nps.

Must pay a 1,000 nps deposit to borrow. The deposit will be returned when item is returned

Toasty

Buy any item with the word 'bread' in it and take it to Techo Mountain

If Nithhgor or above free

Must pay a 10 nps deposit to borrow. The deposit will be returned when the item is returned.

Scorchio - Haunted

Equip ANY spooky weapon to your pet.

If Nithhgor or above 10,000 nps deposit

Must pay a 16,000 nps deposit to borrow. The deposit will be returned when the item is returned.

King Kelpbeard

You need to have a Maractite weapon in your inventory. Once you have one, go to your TCG Checklist. There's a link under 'Card Editions' that says "Curse of Maraqua". Go there and then click #33 King Kelpbeard and you'll get the av. Click here to get to your "Curse of Maraqua" TCG list.

Uni - Beauty!

Groom ANY pet with ANY grooming item

If Nithhgor or above 50 nps.

Must pay 200 nps deposit to borrow. The deposit will be returned when the item is returned.

Dark Nova

Equip a 'Dark Nova' or 'Scroll of Dark Nova' to your pet

If Nithhgor or above 17,000 nps deposit.

Must pay a 19,000 nps deposit to borrow. The deposit will be returned when the item is returned.
