:Across the darker forests of the Haunted Woods, the sound of hoofbeats and the snaping of twigs alerts you as you travel along:

:A figure appears from the gloom. She is a doe of sorts but of a stranger makeup. She's mutant. Ears boast some security in the fact that they are quiet large, despite the droop at their tips. The thud of your feet make them angle sharply away from their relaxed postion. Orange hues follow shortly, joined by the rest of the strange doe:

:Long tail swaying in discomfort, she tries to backtrack her steps and vanish from your sight. Her efforts are dased at the crack of wood and the shriek of birds. Neatly towering behind her form is a tree, a great hunk of bark and moss, its branchs reaching skyward for a taste of sunlight. The doe's hindquarters rest against its truck where it starts to snap in two from her mere brush with it. With a roar of sucking air and crunching wood, it collasps backward into its siblings, leaving the strange female to cringe in its aftermay:

:Startled into a transfix of staring, you don't get much of a chance to say anything before the doe lowers her head and paws the ground. Twin horns of ebony are enough of a warning that you may not be wanted here. For dispite the tint of red on her cheeks from embarsement, she seems steady in her words:

Its not polite to stare, what do you want here?

:You try to explain yourself, 'I didn't mean to stare, honest, I just got lost'. The doe seems to hesitate before she finally lifts her head, eyeing you with distrust:

Suppose I beleive your story... that still doesn't mean I trust you stranger. Who are you?

:Not wishing to be inpolite, you tell her. She tosses her head, the veil of shagged hair hiding her face once more. Her attutude has calmed only somewhat since your first encounter:

:Feeling greatly releived that you haven't become a human pincustion by her horns, your mind dwells on more curious matters: 'Please, don't be offended... but how... how did you do that?' :you refere to the fallen tree behind her:

Oh, that... :Her ears fold softly, sweeping one hoof back and forth through the dirt: Lets just say I can't control my own strength sometimes.... since you don't seem to be going anywhere, I suppose you can explore, just watch yourself, the swamp can be tricky...

-opening post- :Across a field and beyound to a darker world of bush and plant life, a green figure detached from a greener background. The young ixi was hesitate to wander into the sunnier patchs, the fur along her shoulders bristled a little as she kept up a content watch for any movement around her. Two greater green ears rose along her head with two black curled horns inbetween them and shaggy mop of hair. Her long tail curled around one leg as she stopped and looked around once more:
